• Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

• If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.

  • In its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

2. Replacement Policy

• Please keep the product with you; once your return is approved, we will replace the item with a new product.

• The replacement product will be delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
