Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received.
In its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
2. Replacement Policy
Please keep the product with you; once your return is approved, we will replace the item with a new product.
The replacement product will be delivered within 4–5 business days, depending on your location.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
