• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 12–26 business days.

• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination.

• Free Shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as displayed at checkout).

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

• Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, a claim will be initiated and a replacement or refund will be provided.

• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to receive a replacement or refund.
